Spongebob Terminator Made From Lego

How would Spongebob Squarepants look like if he actually was a Terminator? For those who don’t know who he is, let me explain: He is an extremely energetic sea sponge who lives under the sea in the American animated television series. So energetic that some people thinks he is annoying. This optimistic cartoon character inspired Flickr user rack911 to create a Squarepants Terminator.

You can’t that the little thing too serious because he turns out to just be cute and not scary at all. He is made out of Lego bricks, and they should really consider selling built-yourself copies of this creation. It’s fun to built and after you’re done you can just put it on a shelf.

I just don’t get how Spongebob Terminator is going to survive underwater if he is a robot on electricity? But then again, a talking sponge?? Spongebob Squarepants has been seen as Lego creation before, but in a creepier setting than Halloween creatures.

Lego Bricks equal Small Figures of Famous Characters

Something that was only used to play with before has become an important equipment for many artists. We are talking about the Lego bricks; it seem like people are making anything out of them today. Flickr user Angus MacLane was also obviously interested in Legos when he made famous characters out of it. They turned out to be small figures of Batman and Robyn, Terminator, Spiderman, R-2 D2 and many others.

His collection is rather big, and the Lego figures are so tiny that they almost look cute, and not bad-ass at all even thought most of the characters are real bad-asses. And while we’re at the thing about building artistic objects with Lego bricks, you should take a look at Legoland in Germany that is a huge tourist attraction.

After reading all those stories about different LEGO constructions it is really hard to self-control yourself of buying some pack of LEGO bricks. If you are bored then LEGO bricks are definitely more creative way to spend your time than playing computer games.

Here is another amazing LEGO creation which has been done by Jun Brick, a LEGO artist from Japan. He decided to create a LEGO replica of famous Japanese battleship Yamato. His amazing replica has been built from more than 100.000 LEGO bricks and its length is more than 20 feet. It is amazing how Jun Brick managed to precisely recreate some small details on this ship, he even created a flag and placed some crew on this ship, too.

Famous Buildings Recreated With LEGO Bricks

When I was in elementary school I was true modeling enthusiast. I used to create little towns using cardboard and other similar materials which are available for one kid. Creating small buildings and settlements or models of bridges and similar things are pretty nice hobby for those who have some time for that.

This is beautiful collection of photos where you can see how it looks when real buildings are recreated in small dimensions but this collection is also special because it features models of famous buildings made of LEGO bricks.

Life-Sized Super Mario Made Out Of LEGO Bricks

Super Mario did it again. The Super Mario art is without limits, that’s proved once again. This LEGO life-sized creation of Mario is made by Dirk VH. It’s purpose is generous, the giant Mario sculpture is for sale and all proceeds goes to charity (if it is not sold yet). Giant Super Mario sculpture is 5 foot and 9 inches tall and it weights 110 pounds. All LEGO bricks are glued together for extra strength.
